Awesome job Kim!! I thought that maybe once you worked on it, I could figure out how you did it but I still don't have a clue!! LOL How sad for me! I'm loving it though! You are gonna have to write a tutorial and teach me how to do it. I feel so computer illiterate!!

Did you watch the results of American Idol? I so wanted Bo to win but I'm happy for Carrie. She is so beautiful and has a beautiful voice. I think she needs the record deals she will get from winning. I have no doubt that Bo will make it big. He got so much exposure and he is so talented. I have to say, of all the American Idol winners, he is the only one I would go see in concert. And I definitely will if he comes anyway even close around here!!

Here are some pics of Erin in her prom dress. I have a pic of her and her date but I didn't take it and I can't figure out how to get on here using the Picaso....and that thing is doing funky things to my computer so if any of you know a better way, I would appreciate it you letting me in on it. Erin didn't have a good day today. Got in a fight with her Grammy. I think it is her time of the month (erin) and sometimes it is just hard to be nice when hormones are working overtime. I know that last month, I was AWFUL!! I came home from work and went to bed. Sometimes, you just can't be nice no matter how hard you try so I can relate. But she is at the movies with freinds now. We had Employee Appreciation day today at work and I got a $100 gift certificate to a spa.....so that means a massage!!! WOOOOHOOOOOO!!! Other people got cash and different stuff. I figure if I got cash I would have spent it on bills or something so the GC I have to use on me! :) and I got $25 GC to Macaroni Grill. Can't wait for this long weekend. I think my parents pool will be ready this weekend. They had to drain it because some of the sides had come loose and had to be fixed. Then they had to refill it....with a garden hose! Imagine how long that would take? But it is in there and now just have to get the chemicals straightened out so maybe this weekend I can float around in the pool and catch some rays. Well, I'm gonna try to figure out how to get the pic of Erin and her date up here. Wish me luck!

First off, sorry I haven't posted....my life is too boring....not much write. But today started off AWFUL!!! Erin had her last exam today in German. Well, supposedly she was at the library studying all afternoon yesterday but turns she was socializing more than studying....and of course, blamed it on the others. So I tried to quiz her on it last night (which is pretty hard since I don't know German) but there was sooo much she didn't know. I was so frustrated. so I got her up early this morning to study and talk about not cooperating. We got into it big time. I was sooooo frustrated with her. She just doesn't care. And I understand that is part of the age but her grades this semester decide where she goes to school next year. If she doesn't do good, she is going to end up in public schools (which I don't want) because the quality of her education is so much better right now. But she is so hard headed!!! So we aren't on the best of terms right now. Tomorrow is her prom. We have our handbell concert tomorrow night and that ought to be total chaos. We aren't real good with the songs but the director says "well, its just family" LOL Then starting in June, we start practicing majorly for our Orlando trip. We practice three days a week (Sat, Sun, and Weds). Then the week we go, we practice Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and then hit the road Wednesday. But I'm not complaining. I LOVE to play! Anyways there are four adults going. We are taking the church bus and another vehicle for equipment. So that means I'll be stuck driving the bus (ugh!) and I assume trading off driving with the director. And I assume my MIL and the other adult will trade off driving the other vehicle. Because I am not driving all the way to Orlando with no relief! Oh well, we'll be staying at Universal Studios so we'll get to spend some time there. Sara....how far are you from Orlando? If it isn't too far, I could let you know the schedule when I find out and maybe we could get together. Gina.....road trip?? LOL Well, gotta go....just a quick update and gripe session!

Well, my big girl graduated from Kindergarden on Friday. She looked so sweet and like such a BIG girl!! Gosh, they grow up too fast. I can't believe she is going to be in the first grade. She had a really great teacher who taught her so much. It is nice to have a teacher that really loves the kids and tells them all the time that she does and gives them big hugs and tells them how well they are doing. Claire is sure going to miss her. But two of her friends from her old school are going to teach first grade at Claire's new school so hopefully she will get one of them. The teacher gave us a CD of pictures from all through the year and made a journal that is really nice with things they have done all year. Erin starts exams next week. And the week after that she is going to the prom. I'll get pics of her in her dress (whether she likes it or not! LOL) Now, she is growing up way too fast. She'll be in the 10th grade next year. And will be able to get her learner's permit in August. Talk about a new set of worries! She got mad because I wouldn't let her go to Greenville with one of her friends to look for a prom dress because her friend was driving! Hello!! I'm not trusting her with a new driver in all that traffic! Oh well, she'll get over it. My MIL gave me a gift card to Proffitt's for my BD so I went shopping yesterday. Got two pairs of capris, a pair of shorts, a top, a pair of PJ's and some undies.....SCORE!! Well, going to catch up on my loopies blogs now! Even though my blog isn't as pimped as their's is!! LOL

Let's see, I've been married for 20 years. I have two beautiful daughters Erin who is 16 and Claire who is 7. We have a boxer named Missy, and a really fat cat named Ozzy. My house is always a mess. I love playing handbells and working with the youth group at my church. I have met some really wonderful friends via the internet who I love very much!!
