not a very productive weekend

Well, I didn't get much accomplished this weekend. I woke up with a headache yesterday so didn't do much. Then took Claire to a birthday party for a little girl who used to live in the neighborhood. I sure am glad we went. The only kids there were Claire and the little girls cousin. Then it was one set of grandparents, her step-sister and her boyfriend and her Mom and Dad. It was kinda short notice though. Got up this morning and went to church. We had a guest preacher but he was good.....kinda funny. Then to my Mom's house for lunch. Brunswick stew....yummy!! And blah, it is raining so no pool. So today, I washed a few clothes and tried to box up some things for a yard sale in the distant future....probably September. But.....I need more boxes so I'm waiting to get some from work. On a fun note....hopefully Gina, Blake and Julia (and Wes?) are coming Saturday to spend the day at my mom's pool. Keeping my fingers crossed for sunshine!!!

I'm not sure....she makes it with chicken. It is a tomatoey kind of base with potatoes and beans and corn and stuff (she leaves the corn out of mine.) It is yummy though. She'll be able to tell you! Yay about Wes....I'll try to talk Bobby into hanging out. I think they would get along good! They could compare tattoos! LOL BTW, thanks for changing my icon Kim!!
