Claire and I are about to go to a baby shower. The mommy goes to our church and helps with the childrens choir so they wanted one the kids could go to. She is 40 and this is her first baby. I'm so happy for her. She was married to a real loser the first time and there was something wrong with him and he couldn't have kids. So they were about to adopt one when he screwed up big time with a DUI and got in trouble with the law for running from it. So she dumped his sorry ass and is now married to a super great guy who is really good to her. She really deserves it....she is so sweet. Erin is down in Sara's neck of the woods. She is in Orlando. They had a band competition this weekend. Left Thursday after school. They are leaving Universal Studios when it closes tonight and then driving all night....no stopping. She is supposed to get home at 6:30am Sunday morning....UGH!! I took Friday off of work to clean....what fun! The thing is...it doesn't stay that way!! I can't stand it! Oh, Bobby's bone scan turned out okay....no metastasis (which he was worried) but did show his broken ribs. So....he needs to cut down on his smoking.....BIG TIME!! I guess we'll see. My computer is acting super retarded....running really really slow. I'm trying to run the defragmenter but it is super slow too so I guess I'll run it while we are baby showering. They are cracking down about internet usage at work (one person spoiled it for everyone) so I probably won't be able to pop on much there. Not that I really did but sometimes I would catch up on blogs. Well, thats all for now. :) I'll try not to post this same one three times!! LOL Okay....maybe not...it is those stupid popup ads that blogger is using now. Oh, BTW, my parents STILL havn't turned on their AC!! Geesh!!

It is freakin 90 degrees outside and my parents refuse to turn on their AC!! What's up with that?? There are some people who refuse to turn the AC on before a certain time of year. If it is hot....turn it on!! Geesh! Anyone else do that? Hope everyone had a nice Easter. Bobby even went to church with us this morning....his idea! Yay! Friday night we went out to eat with friends. This girl and I have been best friends since 7th grade but we haven't gotten together in a Loooong time! She has two girls, 4 and 2 1/2 and them and Claire had so much fun. Guess we'll have to do that more often. I'm taking Friday off of work so I can hopefully clean this messy house. I was going to take this past Friday until I found out the kids didn't have school. Does that sound bad? LOL I can't get any cleaning done with them here. Bobby is scheduled for a bone scan on Wednesday. He keeps breaking ribs....about three in the last six months. If you ask me, it is from smoking too much! But he is pretty nervous about it. Work is okay but I won't be getting on the internet while I'm there. One girl has screwed it up for everyone so they are gonna be monitoring it pretty close. Not that I abuse it. Oh well, thats all for now!

Spring Break is about to come to an end here in Spartanburg. Claire and Erin were supposed to go to VA with the inlaws to visit my BIL. Claire was so excited about it (she loves their dogs) but the closer it got, the more nervous she got. I think is because she doesn't seem them that often and was nervous. Ended up having some sort of "anxiety" attack and didn't go. Bless her heart. She really wanted to. I think if me or Bobby had been going, she would have been fine. Now she is saying she wants to go hiking (which they would have done up there) and I found a trail but alas it is raining today. So me and Bobby took her bowling today. It was a lot of fun. Now we are going to have a figure out a weekend this summer to take her up there to visit. Then we can take the boat out and ride the jet skis....FUN!!
My man, Tony, won the race in Richmond last weekend. Go SMOKE!! Unfortunately is starting like 40th in Texas tomorrow. But that doesn't mean he is out of it!
I have discovered that Frosted Mini wheats (the strawberry are yummy) have 100% of the iron you need in them so I munch on them at work. I hope that will help. Guess I'll see. I was planning on playing hooky from church tomorrow but got a call from my handbell director this morning wanting me to play handbells with the choir for a song so I guess I'm going! LOL Umm...from the last post, the music I downloaded was Limp Bizkit, Soundgarden and Patsy Cline. Quite an assortment, huh? I was trying to download the first Audioslave CD but for some reason it just will not let me!! Well thats all for now. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

Hello! We went to the race in Bristol last weekend. For it to be springtime, we sure did see a lot of snow! The race on Saturday (which we didn't go to) was actually red flagged for a snow delay! It was even snowing as we were walking to the track on Sunday. But they got the race started on time and finished with no snow! LOL It sure was COLD though!! Other than that, it was fun. At least the next race we go to is in August so we won't have to worry about it being cold.
I went to the doctor for the whole work up thing. Everything turned out good except my bloodwork. Turns out my hemoglobin is low so I'm supposed to take a multivitamin with iron. Well, that isn't working. My stomach hurt soooo bad taking them. So I tried taking a childrens vitamin with no better result. I finally decided I would rather be tired than be tired and have my stomach hurt. UGH!!! At least I know why I never seem to have any energy. Trying to upload some CD's to put on my MP3 player but my computer is not cooperating. Oh well!
